Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in the solar/construction industry a plus, but willing to train.
- Team player, enjoys working with others
- Intermediate computer skills in using word processing software applications and online systems (MS Office)
- Skilled in effective communication across all levels within the organization.
- Self-Driven and able to work independently, organize work and follow through to timely completion on assignments with little to no supervision.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and other client service requests.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish a rapport and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external persons
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Average typing skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- First point of contact with incoming calls
- Manage daily phone communication
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Properly direct calls and leads to correct departments
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Repetitive day
- Updating information in the CRM
- Coordinating with sales department
- Scheduling sales appointments daily
- Writing correspondence between customers, vendors and manufacturers
- Proactively reaching out to customers about project updates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with Residential and Commercial solar installations.
- Assist taking measurements relating to solar installations.
- Assist determining the type of materials and tools that should be used for installation.
- Assist in troubleshooting of solar operations.
- Meet with building department inspectors.
- Interact with customers daily.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years experience with roofing, solar and/or electrical installation.
- Must have a high energy level, be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain).
- Work with crew members to complete projects within established policies and procedures.
- Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily
- Ability to work safely on rooftops with various angles and surfaces
- Maintain a clean driving record
Experience
- Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Electrical Experience: 4 years (Required)
